Job Description - Administration Assistant

WHO ARE WE?


Searchlight Cyber provides organizations with relevant and actionable dark web threat intelligence, to help them identify and prevent criminal activity. 


Founded in 2017 with a mission to stop criminals acting with impunity on the dark web, we have been involved in some of the world’s largest dark web investigations and have the most comprehensive dataset based on proprietary techniques and ground-breaking academic research. 


Today we help government and law enforcement, enterprises, and managed security services providers around the world to illuminate deep and dark web threats and prevent attacks.



ABOUT THE POSITION


This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable, calm and organised administration professional to put their skills  into practice. As the business continues to grow, we have identified a need for a dedicated administration assistant to support the growing operations function. This will be a varied role, with the opportunity to partner with all areas of the operations function. 


The ability to remain calm under pressure, an adaptable approach, and strong communication skills will be essential to succeed in this role. A high level of discretion is also required, to ensure sensitive matters are handled accordingly.



WHAT WILL I DO?



  • Recruitment and on-boarding process: This will include supporting the Talent Manager with scheduling interviews, employment contracts, pre-employment checks and onboarding.

  • Employee records: Maintain accurate personnel records for all employees, contractors or EORs including contractual changes and documentation.

  • Compliance: Keep up to date with employment legislation reforms and support the HR Officer with updating internal policies/procedures accordingly. 

  • Reporting: This includes internal reporting such as recruitment against budget, headcount, turnover, holiday, sickness etc.

  • Off-boarding: Including acknowledging resignations, overseeing and ensuring that all off-boarding tasks assigned to other departments are complete, and coordinating the return of company property. 

  • Payroll: Assisting the HR Officer with preparing and  submitting payroll adjustments to our payroll partner on a monthly basis. 

  • Supporting the remainder of the operations team with a variety of requests as per business requirements. This could be finance or general administrative duties.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate personnel records and documentation.

  • Someone with a solid understanding of the entire employee lifecycle

  • A professional who can effectively support HR and other Operations processes

  • Diligent in keeping up to date with employment legislation reforms and assisting with policy updates.

  • A proactive communicator eager to contribute to a positive employee experience.
