The Transition Hub, in collaboration with Cyberbacker, is a planned project of the company to cater to more Filipino applicants. Located at the center of Davao City, the Transition Hub initially opens and is accessible to Davaoeños, anyone near or living within the city.TASKS: (Mix of Voice and Non Voice)Set-up social media Business Pages. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc)Community ManagementScheduling postResponding to messages and commentsContent planningCreate content plans or calendar to drive engagement and promote online brand awareness.Design and create images or video content using different software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)Interpret and create social media reports and analyticsMedia Planning (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Youtube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc) QUALIFICATIONS:Must be social media savvyMust be up to date with the latest social media trendsHas excellent written and verbal English communication skillsCan use basic design softwareQUALIFICATIONS:Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).Comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts.Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities.
