    Key Responsibilities:











    Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
    Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
    Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
    Process payroll and assist with benefits administration.
    Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
    Assist with organizing and documenting HR-related meetings and events.
    Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
    Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar HR support role.
    Basic understanding of human resource principles and practices.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.
    Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
    A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

- Provides administrative support by assisting the sales team in the project listing, gross profit simulation, sales report updates, documentation, data management, and coordination. - Keep track of delivered projects for dealer/route accounts through project Outlook on a weekly basis- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports- Aid in the monitoring of sales collections or account receivables- Maintain an accurate sales records and database of customers- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and establish working team relationship with all departments--- other task will assign time to time
