Job Description - Administrative Officer

Job Description/Summary

The Administrative Officer assists the Vice President for Finance by performing general secretarial work such as drafting correspondences, encoding, sorting, and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
  • At least two years of related administrative work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and customer-services skills
  • Has the ability to pay close attention to details with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High computer competency level
  • Proficient in MS Office and other software generally used in office operations
  • Ability to multitask
