About the Role



The administrative officer's main role is to provide support to education consultants in the processing of student applications as well as to provide lead management support to the marketing team. They may also assume front desk duties. Administrative officers at AECC Global - Philippines are classified into either of the 2 categories:



Administrative Officer (Conversion Focus)



  • Works closely with the marketing team in managing new leads (potential students).

  • Pre-qualifies potential students and schedules appointments for education consultants.

  • Answer general inquiries from customers.



Administrative Officer (Documentation Focus)



  • Receive and check documents of student/applicant.

  • Encoding of data on various application portals.

  • Submission of complete and accurate applications to various institutions.



Skills and Attributes Required




    • Bachelor's degree in any related field (Open to fresh graduates)

    • Sales experience is a plus

    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills

    • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

    • Good negotiation and decision-making skills

    • Strong customer relationship management skills

    • Effective communication skills

    • Detail-oriented

    • Must be able to report on-site
