Training and Marketing Professionals, Inc. (TMPI) is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist - Globe Telecommunication (GCash Account)
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a graduate of Business Management, Office Administration, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in specializing in Executive Assistance/Secretary/Admin Assistant or equivalent is preferred
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Computer literate with strong background handling MS Office, Google app, GSuite and other office applications/systems.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- With strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- With outstanding organizational and conflict management skills.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage appointments, meetings, travel reservations/accommodations and support other travel logistics of the Executive
- Set-up, coordinates and organizes CEO initiated meetings
- Support the implementation of employee events, employee engagement and internal communications activities
- Oversees the day to day processing of centralized expense management operations covering payment requests and reimbursements
- Maintain and hold custody of central log of all office supplies requisitions and office/facilities concerns
- Work closely with different function and support/enabling teams to provide proactive support and administrative services
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Executive from time to time
