Job Description:

Company is seeking for a digitally savvy, experienced affiliate marketing mastermind to develop and execute our affiliate and streamer marketing initiatives.

As the Marketing Manager – Affiliates and Streamers, you’ll support the local marketing teams with content creation, product training, performance tracking and the planning of brand and product campaigns using these channels. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity.

You’ll have previous experience in affiliate marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing and be comfortable multi-tasking and leading your own projects. You are adept at using social listening and analytics tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform new affiliates acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.
• Manage the entire onboarding process.
• Manage business negotiations with affiliates.
• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
• Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
• Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.
• Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Media / Communications or related field
• Passionate about gaming – can be i-Gaming, online games, e-sports, casino games.
• In depth knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Having existing affiliate networks.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively communicate information and ideas
• Excellent networking, interpersonal and relationship building + maintenance skills
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work well independently and in a team setting.
• Project management skills: Effectively manage campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard;
• Knowledge of relevant platform and tools (e.g. OBS / Streamyard / Lightstream / Semrush / Ahrefs / Vamp / Grin / Upfluence / Whalar etc)
• Understanding social media usage habits of key markets in Asia.
• Some skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Ai or video editing) is a plus.
