The Sales Manager CTS at Atlas Copco (Philippines), Inc. is tasked with developing and implementing a successful service sales strategy, leading and coaching the service sales team to achieve objectives and increase customer satisfaction. They must achieve profitable growth targets, focusing on sales, market share, and profitability with a clear short- and long-term strategy. Responsibilities include strategizing, planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and following up on all activities to run an effective service operation. Additionally, they are to enhance the company's reputation by upholding its core values. The Sales Manager reports to the CTS Business Line Manager.

Job Description
• Overall responsibility for the CTS business development through the implementation of the optimal marketing mix of products. Ensure CTS business development and achieving the yearly goals of sales, revenue, and profit, agreed with the Business Line Manager, CTS.
• Promote Service Products, increase Customer Share and Market Share, drastically improving the aftermarket contract ratio and units under service. Maintain an updated customer contacts and machine population. 
• Implement a Connectivity plan, to connect more units to the SMARTLink platform, and promote all the added value of the license options and remote audits.
• Develop through developing the right strategy the Optimization Pillar. Focus on energy savings and CO2 reduction potential for customers. 
• Continuously evaluate the mix of CTS products best suited for the market. Promote actively a specific range of products through a yearly marketing plan. Develop and improve the product penetration.
• Be continuously updated on market price levels with details about main competitors. Implementation of strategic sales and pricing plans for service products.
• Integrate a mix of marketing actions (campaigns, content generation, advertisements, seminars, etc.) in the yearly marketing plan. Clear focus on digitalization and attracting prospects.
• Define and optimize continuously the Sales Team structure to ensure the best territory and customer coverage and maximize the competitive advantage of the Atlas Copco branches in the country. Follow-up of sales activities, visits, and quotations of sales engineers.
• Develop value adding relationships with our own and cross-divisional teams in the region. Listen and identify customer’s needs, and then provide optimized solution, to meet customer needs.
• Train, coach, and boost service salespeople’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects. Be a leader and motivator for the sales team. Have the right people at the right place. Empower and grow the people in line with our corporate values and guidelines in “The Way We Do Things”.
• Effectively manage the account receivables & overdue to protect working capital.
• Keep good relationships and develop them with key-customers, distributors, and other indirect sales channels. Listen and identify customer’s needs, and then provide optimized solution, to meet customer needs.
• Interact with Operations and Equipment Divisions to optimize the sales of Service products for existing and new installations, focus on customer satisfaction and NPS result.
• Contribute to the development of systems, sales tools, and training to achieve a competitive advantage in the Philippines market.
• Be familiar with Atlas Copco’s “The Way We Do Things” and “Business Code of Practice” and apply in daily operations. 

Experience Requirement

• Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales and marketing of industrial equipment both in direct and distributor channels, leadership experience.
• Advance knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical capabilities 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Technical Service Operations Management
• Customer Management
Educational Requirement

• University degree – technically and/or commercially oriented – or similar through experience
Personality Requirement

• Proactive, dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills always striving at new challenges and ideas.
• Ambitious personality with excellent commercial, diplomatic and negotiating skill. 
• Able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations. 
• This position will also include very frequent traveling to customers within the region.
