Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand AIRnet pipes business in the Philippines by visiting leads, presenting audit results, and coordinating with customers, installers, and planners for project milestones.
  • Conduct initial site surveys, sizing, quotations, and maintain project costing to ensure budget adherence.
  • Develop sales quotations, monitor conversions, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Provide product and services training to field sales and identify new installers.
  • Coordinate with engineering companies to include AIRnet in master specs for compressed air and vacuum installations.
  • Common Tasks:

  • Manage customer base, sales activities, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Report monthly Airnet business activities to superiors.
  • Foster good relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Continuously improve skills and cooperate with credit department for receivables.
  • Execute assigned projects.
  • Supporting Sales Strategies:

  • Guide the team to achieve sales objectives and continuous growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools for better territory and customer management.
  • Identify competency gaps and implement training plans.
  • Uphold the group's Business Code of Practice.
  • Requirements:

  • 3-4 years techno-commercial experience in industrial settings, with a minimum of 2 years in sales.
  • Experience with MEP contractors, piping design, and project handling preferred.
  • Knowledge:

  • Proficient in computers, presentation skills, and understanding compressed air terminologies.
  • Basic knowledge of piping design and ability to create drawings on AutoCAD or CAD software.
  • Education:

  • Degree/Certificate in technical/marketing discipline.
  • Personality:

  • Customer-focused, independent, result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Expectations:

  • Engineering background, strong management and communication skills.
