As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will be working along side with Head of Projects and be responsible for guiding existing PMO team through the transition from traditional Waterfall project management to Agile methodologies. You will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication, and enhancing the overall project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Transformation - Drive the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies across the organization.
• Stakeholder Management - Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Project Experience Enhancement - Focus on providing a Super Green project experience by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
• Team Leadership - Mentor and coach teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Proven experience leading Agile transformations and transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a better project experience through effective leadership and process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
