Job Description

• Help agile teams to keep focus and achieve their goals every iteration
• Assist different teams to be more efficient to deliver value
• Progress, performance and projections are monitored using sound use of analyzed data
• Is able to handle and address conflicts and blockers to allow the team to focus what matters
• Motivated to learn best practices to improve agile teams.
• Lead and coach teams to help adopt agile practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or business related field
• At least 4+ years experience in working with teams using agile methodology
• Scrum master certification is a big plus
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a variety of teams associated with different projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide project teams and stakeholders at different levels of the company
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Results-oriented, analytical, and has a strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to deal with ambiguity
• Thorough understanding of project management principles
