AI & Data Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The AI Associate supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of AI solutions, automation tools, and data-driven systems across the organization. This role works closely with IT, business units, and data teams to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and promote AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Implementation & Support

• Assist in the deployment of AI tools such as chatbots, RPA, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and documenting AI system performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors or internal developers for AI tools enhancement.

Data Management & Analytics

• Collect, clean, and organize data for AI model training and reporting.
• Generate dashboards, reports, or insights from AI and analytics platforms.
• Monitor AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and ethical use of data.

Automation & Process Optimization

• Identify business processes that can be automated using AI or intelligent workflows.
• Support the creation of workflows using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Python scripts.
• Measure efficiency gains and provide improvement recommendations.

Collaboration & Training

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for AI projects.
• Train employees on how to use AI productivity tools, chatbots, and automation features.
• Assist in creating AI guidelines, documentation, and user manuals.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or AI platforms (Azure AI, Google AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience (Optional):

• Experience in data entry, IT support, business process improvement, or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to RPA, chatbots, or AI productivity tools.
• Internship or project involvement in AI, data, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
