Role Overview -
The Process Transformation – AI & Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation and AI -enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and quality. This role partners closely with business and operations teams to translate process challenges into automated workflows, intelligent tools, and data -driven solutions using Python, AI platforms, and workflow orchestration technologies.
Key Responsibilities -
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for process improvement, automation, and AI -assisted initiatives.
• Facilitate process mapping and workflow modeling to design optimized end -to -end processes and automation use cases.
• Identify automation opportunities across operational workflows, including rule -based automation, RPA, and AI -assisted solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Python and automation platforms.
• Apply AI -enabled tools (e.g., generative AI, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics) to enhance operational processes and decision -making.
• Participate in root cause analysis, solution design, and validation of automated and AI -driven solutions.
• Evaluate, enhance, and maintain existing automation logic, scripts, and workflows for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross -functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, data governance standards, and risk controls.
• Support change management, documentation, and user enablement for newly deployed automation and AI solutions.
• Monitor automation performance and outcomes; identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks aligned with the Process Transformation and Automation function, as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications -
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with the ability to decompose complex processes into automated solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
• Experience with workflow orchestration, automation platforms, or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Airflow, or similar).
• Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data exchange concepts.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning tools for process optimization, document processing, or decision support.
• Strong understanding of process design, controls, and operational risk considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non -technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in a fast -paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and adhere to governance standards.
Preferred Qualifications -
• 2+ years of experience in automation, process engineering, AI implementation, or a related role.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI -assisted workflow design.
• Familiarity with data platforms and SQL to support automation and analytics use cases.
• Exposure to low -code/no -code automation tools and intelligent workflow platforms.
• Experience supporting operational teams in regulated or data -sensitive environments.
