As an AI Developer Associate, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organizations. You will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

Responsibilities

- Developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations
- Designing, coding, and testing software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing processes
- Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive value for clients
- Applying software development methodologies to enhance project outcomes
- Engaging in system development and configuration tasks for Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
- Building commercial awareness by understanding how the business works and its strategic objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
