AI Specialist & Senior AI Engineer

Salary: Php 100,000 Php 110,000 monthly

Position Overview

We are seeking talented AI Specialists to execute AI initiatives and build intelligent systems that drive business value. This role combines deep technical expertise with practical implementation skills, focusing on developing, deploying, and maintaining AI solutions across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Development & Implementation

• Develop and deploy generative AI and agentic systems
• Build and optimize machine learning models for production environments
• Implement AI applications and integrate them into business workflows
• Create and maintain AI-powered automation solutions
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and knowledge management systems

Technical Architecture & Engineering

• Design and implement scalable AI system components
• Build and maintain AI infrastructure and platforms
• Develop data pipelines and real-time processing systems
• Implement MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
• Create APIs and integration points for AI services

Data Science & Analytics

• Extract insights and value from complex datasets
• Develop predictive models and advanced analytics solutions
• Implement decision engineering logic and automated decision-making systems
• Create data products and analytics dashboards
• Perform statistical analysis and experimental design

Quality Assurance & Security

• Validate AI model accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Implement AI security measures and threat detection
• Conduct red team exercises and vulnerability assessments
• Ensure data quality and governance standards
• Perform bias detection and fairness testing

User Experience & Integration

• Design AI-powered user experiences and interfaces
• Implement conversational AI and natural language processing solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and systems
• Optimize AI performance and user interaction patterns
• Create documentation and user guides for AI features

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments
• Experience with end-to-end AI project lifecycle

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services
• Understanding of data engineering tools and practices
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and software development best practices

Specialized Knowledge

• Experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias detection, and fairness
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools
• Knowledge of AI security and privacy considerations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific AI domains (NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning)
• Knowledge of AI governance and compliance frameworks
• Experience with real-time systems and edge computing
• Background in UX/UI design for AI applications
• Experience with AI research and experimental development

Day-to-Day Activities
