Note: This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement which allows remote work and onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handles projects for Customer Service Operations that cover process improvement, and cost effectiveness in airport experience, cabin services and cargo
• Benchmarks on latest trends and innovations on airport in flight and cargo innovations
• Identifies business process and systems improvement and develop plans and innovation for evaluation
• Conducts studies and evaluates airport, inflight and cargo innovation in terms of cost, profit generation, and customer service.Perform other duties superiors may assign.

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate with a diploma on: Industrial Engineering or any management courses
• Preferably with experience in data analysis and visualization
• Preferably with experience in cargo innovation
  
  
• Must have good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have background in project management
• Must be able to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
