Ambassador, Solaire Club

• Provide exceptional customer service. 
  
• Assist in issuing an order with F&B during busy periods to help expedite service.
  
• Possibly bring a drink order to a guest during peak periods.
  
• Identify good and regular patrons and provide a high standard of customer service to generate frequent visits.
  
• Always establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude with patrons.
  
• Anticipating patrons' needs and problems at Solaire Club and acting effectively, patiently, and willingly.
  
• Provide information about facilities, amenities, entertainment, events, and promotions taking place within the premises and on the property.
  

Requirements

• Good at engaging with people and have to know how to strike up and hold a conversation.
  
• Strong and clear communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English, and knowledge in another language would be preferred. 
  
• Ability to work in shifting schedule and ability to work under strict timelines. 
  
• ​Friendly, professional appearance and look.
