• Conduct social media research for new clients
• Respond to direct messages (DMs) from new followers
• Engage with comments and DMs across various social media platforms
• Reach out to individuals who leave reviews and solicit video reviews
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding

• 1-5 years of relevant working experience in social media management
• Strong writing skills
• Excellent English speaking abilities
• Proficient knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Amenable to work onsite from Mon-Fri, 6AM-3PM
