Analyst, Copywriter Quality Assurance

We are seeking a versatile Copywriter & Content Quality Assurance Specialist who can craft compelling, brand-aligned content while ensuring every piece meets the highest quality standards. This hybrid role combines creative writing with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our marketing materials are engaging, accurate, and consistent across all channels. 

Content Writing

• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads, and other platforms. 
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop effective content strategies. 
• Optimize content for SEO using targeted keywords, meta descriptions, and internal linking best practices. 
• Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and tone across all content. 
• Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, informative, and engaging. 

Quality Assurance

• Review and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and tone. 
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, formatting requirements, and project briefs. 
• Perform final quality checks before content is published or delivered. 
• Identify inconsistencies and coordinate with writers, designers, and managers to make necessary revisions. 
• Maintain documentation of QA feedback to support continuous content quality improvement. 

• At least 3 years proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role. 
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. 
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to adapt writing style to match brand voice and tone. 
• Experience in content quality assurance or editorial review is a plus. 
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers. 
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
• Amenable to work 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday onsite
