What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for the efficient planning, coordination and implementation of various learning programs and initiatives. You will work closely with department heads, team members and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of these programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Program Coordination:

    • Ensure the timely delivery of program objectives and milestones.

    • Maintain program implementation schedules and monitor progress.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Distribute program-related documents, reports and materials. 

    • Publish training materials 

    • Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for programs.

    • Respond to Learning Portal support tickets

    • Handle asynchronous program-related correspondences and communications.

    • Roster management, session invites, and roster completion activities

    • Gather feedback and input from participants to improve program quality.

  • Data Management:

    • Tracking and maintenance of program activities, participants, and outcomes. 

    • Administer post-training surveys

    • Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness.

    • Generate reports and presentations based on program data.

  • Event Planning:

    • Coordinate logistics for program-related events, workshops, and meetings.

    • Arrange venues, catering, and equipment as needed.

    • Assist in the promotion of marketing of program events.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

    • Maintain organized program documentation and records.

    • Assist in the preparation of applications and program proposals.

    • Conduct accessibility audits.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.

  • Four or more years of proven experience in program administration, project management or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.

  • Consulted with HR professionals and their business clients.

  • Managed projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality.
