AP MANAGER

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course.
• Minimum of 5-10 yrs of experience in high volume accounts payable environment and with 5yrs of managerial position.
• With SAP experience.
• Excellent problem solving skills and high attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
• Full time position available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all vendors invoices.
• Review and monitor daily, weekly and monthly payments.
• Prepare month end reconciliation of AP aging.
• Design, document, implement, and maintain effective procedures and controls over Accounts Payable and procurement processes while ensuring internal controls are designed and operating effectively.
• Review and approve vendor invoices to ensure correct coding and timely processing.

Work Location: D. Tuazon Santa Mesa Heights QC

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm (compressed work week)

Salary: 60k-70k plus free meal for lunch

Direct, full time and permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
