JOB SUMMARY

The AP/AR Accountants will handle accounting functions for the assigned clients from payables, receivables and reconciliations. This role will work with the finance manager and coordinate with assigned clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience using QBO or Xero, Bill.com an advantage
• Very high attention to detail
• Strong accounting and customer services skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Amenable to work on a start-up environment
• Must be based in CEBU area only

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders
• Email management for finance mailbox
• Perform bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain supporting balance sheet schedules
• Closely liaise with assigned clients on finance and accounting concerns
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting the team as required or assigned

Salary Range is Php25,000 - Php45,000 (depending on experience)
