AP/AR and Accountant

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Process and Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  

• Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks.
  

• Conduct bank reconciliation or monthly reconciliation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on AP & AR.
  

• Strong knowledge and hands -on experience with QuickBooks.
  

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem -solving skills.
  

• Willing to work on -site in San Pedro City, Laguna (Night Shift).
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
