Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Application Architect. 

In this role, you will document the current technology architecture and establish the to-be application architecture of the Bank, considering current and future business needs. You will ensure consistency by establishing standards and guiding solution designs, while coordinating with internal teams and vendors to execute projects aligned with the technology roadmap.

What the role will entail 

• Work with the Application Architecture Head in documenting the current technology architecture and establishing the to-be application architecture 
• Ensure consistency in Application Architecture by establishing standards 
• Guide project solution designs and implementations to align with established technology architecture 
• Help develop the technology roadmap for the Bank 
• Coordinate with development teams, infrastructure teams, internal teams, and 3rd party/vendors to identify and lead the execution of projects 
• Partner with development teams to develop end-to-end solution architecture and prepare solution design documents/presentations for the Architecture Review Board 

What we're looking for 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, System Analysis, or any related field; a Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related study is theese areas an advantage 
• At least 8 years of experience in at least two IT distinct disciplines such as (e.g., application architecture, solutions analysis, development, or business analysis) 
• At least 3 years of experience in Technology Architecture, with hands-on exposure to transformation projects 
• Exposure to diverse technologies, platforms, and environments, and knowledge of Banking Systems (e.g., Core Banking, Loan Management, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Host) is an advantage 
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and architecture blueprinting, experience with Temenos and Narada, and certification in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a plus 
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to advise teams and engage senior-level stakeholders
