Application Engineer-ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Responsibilities:
Develop ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions

Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports
Analyze data trends and performance gaps
Configure thresholds, alerts, and forecasting models
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy Collaborate with stakeholders on analytics requirements

Qualification:
3–5+ years experience with ServiceNow (ITSM modules)

Experience in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
Strong data analysis and KPI development skills
Familiarity with Performance Analytics module
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
