Job Description - Appointment Setter

Position Title: B2B Appointment Setter
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000


About the Role


We're an Australian BPO and we need one person who lives for the moment a business owner says yes. You'll be calling Australian businesses, getting past gatekeepers, speaking directly with decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for our senior leadership team. The leads are clean. The tools are ready. The only thing missing is you.

Top performers earn an additional ₱30,000–40,000/month in commission on top of their base. That's not a promise — that's what happens when the right person does this job properly.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR B2B APPOINTMENT SETTER

Responsibilities as a B2B Appointment Setter:

  • Make outbound calls to Australian business owners and decision-makers every day
  • Book qualified meetings for our senior team — not just calls, real opportunities
  • Get past gatekeepers and navigate objections without breaking stride
  • Research prospects before you call — know who you're talking to before they pick up
  • Manage your own pipeline in our CRM and keep every record sharp
  • Work with a fully integrated dialler and AI-assisted call tools that make you better every week
  • Qualifications as a B2B Appointment Setter:
  • You've done B2B outbound calling for 2+ years and you're proud of your numbers
  • You've booked real meetings with real decision-makers — not just logged calls
  • An objection is just the start of the conversation for you
    You've used a CRM seriously — Zoho is a bonus, but any proper CRM counts
  • You research before you call. You prioritise intelligently. You don't just dial and pray.
  • You understand Australian business culture and can have a genuine conversation with a business owner

Preferred – Not Required:

  • Experience in appointment setting for a BPO or outsourcing company
  • Background calling Australian businesses specifically
  • Zoho CRM experience
  • Experience in professional services, IT, real estate, or financial services outbound
