Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

About the Project

We are looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team. Your main responsibility is to connect with potential clients from a company-provided list of leads, introduce our services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

We provide the lead database and the tools needed to obtain and manage contact information, allowing you to focus on building relationships and booking qualified meetings.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.


• Introduce the company's products and services in a professional manner.


• Qualify prospects based on their needs and interest.


• Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.


• Follow up with prospects when needed.


• Update call notes and customer information in the CRM.


• Meet daily and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.


• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.


• Confident speaking with prospects over the phone.


• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.


• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.


• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
