Lalamove offers customers a lightning-fast and convenient way to book delivery and moving services whether they are at their home, at work, or on the go.

Your responsibilities

• Perform acquisition callouts to convert new and existing drivers to process permits and install Lalamove stickers in their vehicles.
• Daily scheduling of drivers for sticker installation.
• Assist, follow up, and guide drivers to ensure retention in offline presence.
• Notify drivers about permit status, requirements follow-ups, and sticker installation schedules for drivers with ongoing permit applications.
• Reactivate previously stickered drivers to renew their sticker contracts and convert them to active drivers.
• Respond to other departments’ concerns and inquiries related to Sticker Operations.
• Provide general assistance to the Sticker Operations team under the Manila Offline Presence of the Driver Operations Department.

• Microsoft Office literate.
• Excellent communications and listening skills.
• Ability to manage administrative and clerical tasks.
• Cooperative personality and willingness to learn.
• Must be willing to work daily in the Parañaque office.
