Appointment Setter (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients to schedule appointments
• Answer the phone and respond to email inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment setting targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Provide feedback to the management team on key performance metrics

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales and customer service practices
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
