Appointment Setter | Hybrid

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

Work Location: (Hybrid, 4 days Onsite) Robinsons Cyber Sigma Bldg., McKinley West, Taguig 

Work Schedule: 12:00am to 9:00am | Fixed Weekends OFF

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.


• Introduce services and value proposition to potential clients.


• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs and interest.


• Schedule appointments for the sales team based on availability and client preferences.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments and provide necessary information.


• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.


• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.


• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• High level of professionalism and integrity.
