The Learning Production Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality virtual learning experiences by serving as the technical producer for programs hosted through platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Conferences.io. This position ensures each session is engaging, technically sound, and user-friendly by managing production elements such as announcements, polls, presentation slides, chat monitoring, breakout rooms, Q&A support, and real-time attendee troubleshooting. The role also provides expertise on virtual training formats and settings, helping determine the most effective setup for each learning experience.
In addition to production support, the Learning Production Specialist coordinates the operational details that contribute to successful program delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling and setting up virtual sessions, managing the Zoom calendar, conducting dry runs and technical checks with instructors and Learning Experience Designers, reviewing course materials for production readiness, and supporting attendance, materials, and program updates within learning management systems such as LCvista or Workday. The role collaborates closely with Learning Coordinators and Learning Experience Designers to support logistics, learner communications, course coordination, CPE compliance, and adherence to NASBA requirements and internal quality guidelines.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as a virtual training producer through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Conferences.io to ensure programs are educational, engaging, technically sound, and user-friendly, leading to a successful learning experience for team members.
- Support virtual production through making announcements, launching polls, running presentation slides, monitoring the session chat, organizing and launching breakout rooms, monitoring Q&A, and assisting attendees with technical support.
- Serve as expert on virtual training settings, advising on using webinars vs meetings for each training.
- Support virtual training delivery by setting up all sessions in Zoom with the appropriate settings and adding and managing polls in the system.
- Manage the Zoom calendar, ensuring there are no conflicting sessions scheduled.
- Schedule, set up, and conduct dry runs and technical checks with Instructors and Learning Experience Designers.
- Review course material for production readiness, including adding course evaluation links and adding the appropriate Fundamental of the Week slide.
- Collaborate with Learning Coordinators and Learning Experience Designers to support scheduling, logistics, and learner communications as needed.
- Support program set up, attendance management, updates, and learning materials within learning management systems such as LCvista or Workday.
- Assist with various course coordination, CPE compliance, and administration tasks.
- Follow NASBA requirements and internal quality guidelines.
Qualifications Needed:
- 2+ years experience supporting virtual training delivery and learning logistics through Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars Plus. (Required )
- 2+ years experience coordinating schedules, calendars, deadlines, materials, or logistics for training programs, meetings, events, or similar team-based activities. (Preferred)
- 2+ years experience working in a professional services environment. (Preferred )
- Bachelor’s Degree: Learning and Development, Educational Technology, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Development, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field (Preferred)
- Amenable to working the night shift, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday at the One Ayala, Makati office.
