AR Collections Associate

Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) is looking for a full-time AR Collections Associate to join their client's organization, a leading elevator and escalator consulting and inspection firm in the U.S. This position will primarily focus on contacting clients to encourage timely payment of invoices, following up with clients for past due payment, investigating issues impacting non-payment, and updating client contact information.

Main Tasks:

• Account Management – Identify and track overdue accounts assigned, monitor progress throughout the collections process
• Customer Contact – Reach out to customers via phone, email to remind them of outstanding payments
• Data entry and recordkeeping – Maintaining detailed records of all collection’s activities, including contact attempts payment plans, customer interactions within Salesforce
• Dispute resolution – Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes or inquiries regarding their accounts  
• Collaboration – Work with other departments like billing, sales, and legal to resolve complex collections issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a resident of the Philippines
• Able to work remotely on a night shift, following US time zone
• At least a high school graduate with 3 years of relevant work experience in an office setting, preferably in the Accounting focus
• Can communicate well in English, both verbally and in written form 
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word. 
• Salesforce experience is preferred
• Computer training or certification in accounting preferred
• Experience working in a detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people remotely. 
• Has organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
