About the Bureau of Internal Revenue Philippines (BIR)

An Architect receives a total monthly pay of Php 23,332, along with eligible government benefits, including:

• Clothing/Uniform Allowance

• Collective Negotiation Agreement 

Each department, office, and agency must initiate value development programs for its officials and employees within ninety (90) days of the rule's effectiveness. These programs aim to reinforce their dedication to public service, emphasizing the prioritization of public interest over personal interests in fulfilling their duties. Ongoing refresher courses, seminars, and workshops will be conducted to uphold a high standard of ethics in public service.
