Architecture BIM Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architecture BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of Revit experience and a strong background in managing architectural projects for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the implementation of BIM processes, coordinating between multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of architectural projects using BIM standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the BIM coordination for architectural projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and construction teams.


• Manage and maintain Revit models, ensuring compliance with U.S. building codes and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).


• Skilled in creating scalable and efficient parametric families in Revit, utilizing advanced tools such as reference planes, nested families, and shared parameters.


• Manage large-scale BIM projects, oversee multiple models and extensive datasets to ensure seamless integration, coordination, and adherence to project timelines and specifications.


• Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for all BIM-related communications.


• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices documentation.


• Train and support project team members on Revit and BIM workflows.


• Assist in the creation of project schedules and coordinate BIM deliverables to meet deadlines.


• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and coordination issues related to the BIM process.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.


• 5+ years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit in an architectural environment.


• Proven experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects and familiarity with U.S. codes and standards.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and deliver BIM deliverables on time.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.


• CAN START ASAP

Preferred Skills:

• Professional license or certification in architecture or BIM-related field (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).


• Experience with Dynamo or other Revit add-ins.


• Familiarity international BIM standards.
