Area Manager

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With atleast 10-15 years working experience as Project Manager/Area Manager
• Has background in construction management
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Excellence decision making skills
• Can start immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as Vice President for operations when VP is not available
• Plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
