Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Focus Area: Financial metrics in achieving order-sales budget, gross margin and DSO over the assigned area.
Focus Area: Drive to grow the Services and After-Market portfolio over the assigned area thru key accounts management.·

Focus Area: Achieve and maintain high degree of regular contact with key personnel of major customers to secure strong Weir Minerals position. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
• Mechanical, chemical, metallurgical or related engineering diploma or degree. Knowledgeable and experienced in the commercial aspects of the heavy industry sector, particularly mining.
• Good written and oral communication skills, coupled with positive and go-to-market working attitude. Fluency in the Visayan language would be an advantage.

· Licensed to drive light vehicles
