Job Description - Area Sales Manager

An Area Sales Manager in our company is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by leading a sales team to promote renal therapies, medical devices, and clinical services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will coach and develop direct reports to deliver desired results
  • You will manage operations of the assigned region
  • You will ensure achievements of Performance objectives
  • You will strategize to achieve sales and non-sales objectives
  • You will ensure compliance of team to policies, SOPs and processes
  • You will execute directives of the company for himself and team

Your Profile:

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Sales, Marketing, or its equivalent
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills - both written and verbal including the English language.
  • You must have proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
  • You must have a minimum of three years of related experience or training in healthcare industry, sales or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • You must have problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • You must possess a proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
  • You must have experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
