Non Negotiable:

  • Must be living in Lucena or Quezon Province Area.
  • Must be living in the Batangas Area.
  • College Graduate in Sales and Management and/or any related courses.
  • Preferably with Construction/Manufacturing sales experience.

Job Description

  • Responsible for market assessment including demand & competition in the areas of Quezon, and Batangas.
  • Responsible for generating sales & contribution margin that is within the targets approved by management.
  • Overall supervision of sales personnel. Customer visits (relationship marketing & coordination if necessary).
  • Ensures the effective implementation of quality, environment, health, and safety management systems.
  • Dissemination & implementation of the policies & objectives of the company.
  • Manage and supervise the Quezon Facility, overseeing its operations.
  • Accomplishment of required reports.
  • Coordinates with other departments.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:

  • Must have at least 5 or more years' experience in Sales.
  • Familiarity in Quezon Province and Batangas is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in field work (market audit & area work-with to sales officers).
  • Knowledge in selling, credit, pricing, customer service, promotions & advertising, prospecting, sales territorial management, market intelligence, market condition and sales activity reports.
