The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Art Director to elevate the visual storytelling of our agency and our ambitious clients. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of campaigns, ensuring impactful and engaging communication across all platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for innovative visual solutions, and the ability to translate strategic communication objectives into compelling visual narratives. You will collaborate closely with our PR and communications teams to deliver visually stunning and strategically aligned work that resonates with target audiences and strengthens our clients' brands.

We're looking for someone with:



  • A keen interest and passion for disruptive organisations and the ability to visually represent their brand.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing creative visual concepts for marketing and communication campaigns.

  • Excellent understanding of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual work (digital, social, print, video, etc.).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.

  • Ability to foster brilliant relationships with creative partners (freelancers, photographers, videographers) and collaborate effectively with PR and communications professionals.

  • Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are on track, on budget, and aligned with client objectives.

  • An understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to develop and maintain visual consistency across all communications.

  • A humble approach to creativity — open to feedback, receptive to diverse perspectives, and always looking to improve ideas through collaboration. No big egos here; just big ambition and a love for making great work, together.



Responsibilities and Skills:



  • Visual Strategy: You will contribute to the development of overall communication strategies by providing creative visual direction and ensuring visual elements align with strategic goals.

  • Creative Concepting: You will lead the development of innovative and impactful visual concepts for client campaigns, including social media content, infographics, presentations, reports, and website visuals.

  • Design Execution: You will be responsible for the hands-on design and execution of visual assets, ensuring high-quality and brand consistency.

  • Brand Guardianship: You will ensure that all visual outputs adhere to client brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive and strong brand identity.

  • Collaboration: You will work closely with account managers, PR specialists, and content creators to understand client needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.

  • Vendor Management: You will manage relationships with external creative resources such as photographers, illustrators, and videographers as needed.

  • Staying Current: You will stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our visual work is cutting-edge and effective.

  • Presentation Skills: You will be able to present visual concepts and design rationale effectively to internal teams and clients.

  • Effective Organisation and Project Management Skills: You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest standard.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You will be a collaborative and communicative team player, able to build strong working relationships within the agency and with external partners.

  • Brilliant Time Management: You will need to manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines and contribute to a fast-paced agency environment.
