Art Director

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Develops the overall look and feel of all advertising and marketing campaigns across all business units
• Sets the standard of quality and aesthetics of all visual communications
• Oversees output by the Designer, Multimedia Designer, and Senior Designer.
• Provides art direction and production support during photo/video shoots and live events which aim to promote the brand
• Creates stunning visuals with the use of print and digital mediums including motion graphics compositing and video editing
• Participates in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and social media content

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts or Multimedia Arts
• At least 5 years in the creative field preferably in a creative

Skills and Attributes

• Leads the team of creatives and sets the standards of visual communications
• Able to adequately justify visual styles used in artworks to the brand managers and business units
• High level of proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Understanding in branding, advertising, and production
