Job Description - Assistant Brand Marketing Manager

Job Expectations:

About the Job:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Assistant Brand Marketing Manager to join our client's team and lead the development & execution of marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands. In this role, you will ensure that the company's products become the preferred choice among consumers, driving sustainable business growth. You will manage the full brand marketing process from idea generation and product launches to brand equity building and performance tracking. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, collaboration with agencies and internal teams, and data-driven decision-making to craft compelling brand campaigns. You will also be responsible for optimizing marketing resources, analyzing consumer insights, and executing initiatives that enhance brand value and boost sales.   • Plans, develops, and directs marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of assigned brands, to build brand equity, and increase sales.
  • Manages the end-to-end brand marketing process from product idea generation and evaluation to actual market introduction, as well as brand maintenance.
  • Spearheads cross-functional coordination with third-party agencies and support/task force groups in implementing brand initiatives.
  • Undertakes research and analysis for consumer understanding and utilizes insights to develop marketing strategies that achieve category goals.
  • Manages brand-related resources while maximizing execution within available budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on new product development, marketing, and advertising, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
