DUTIES

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Area Director of Engineering and within the limits established by Shangri-La Hotel Manila policies, procedures and Engineering Manual, supports the Area Director of Engineering in the performance of all his duties and provides all necessary assistance and information in order to enable him to perform his duties effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Oral and written fluency in English.
• With a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Electrical Engineer / Professional Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 10 years experience in the field of Engineering practice.
• Must have experience in staff management, budget preparation & control, effective systems & procedures.
• Self-starter, team builder and positive role model.
• Goal-oriented, tactful and sensitive to employee needs.
