Our Client is seeking a high -octane,
commercially -minded Future Leader / Assistant Country Manager to lead our
Health & Beauty portfolio. This is a dual -focus role: you will be the
primary driver for our E -commerce P&L while overseeing local operations,
supply chain, and market expansion.
You will be working closely with the Malaysia Headquarters team in driving, scaling and executing the overall business development
strategies and plans for the Local region.
This role involves identifying and
capitalizing on new market opportunities, ecommerce strategy, building and
maintaining key relationships and driving the overall business development
strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Company
Key Responsibilities: Sales Development
• Responsible for designing and implementing
business development strategies for our health & beauty products via
different marketing channels; key accounts, distributors and e -commerce
platforms, ensuring that our brands and products reach the target market
effectively.

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or E -commerce, preferably within the Skincare, Personal Care, or Beauty industry.
Digital Mastery: Proven track record of scaling brands on TikTok Shop and Shopee. You should understand the "Viral to Sale" funnel intimately.
Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in P&L management, budget allocation, and forecasting.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a "pioneer" who is comfortable with ambiguity and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to build processes where none exist.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Tagalog and English (mandatory) to facilitate seamless communication with the HQ in Malaysia.
Analytical Prowess: Ability to translate data (ROAS, conversion rates, market trends) into immediate actionable sales strategies.
Global Training: Willingness to undergo 3–6 months of intensive training outside of Philippines (Malaysia HQ) to align with the Group's vision and product DNA.
High Octane: A proactive, "future leader" attitude with the hunger to transition into a full Country Manager role as the business scales.
