We are hiring for an Assistant Director of F&B.

As an Assistant Director of F&B, we rely on you to:

• Improve the profitability of every outlet


• Optimise the profitability of every outlet


• Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends


• Assist in maintaining a high standard of service


• Be responsible for the branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues


• Be accountable for external contracts such as suppliers, performers etc.


• Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage


• Enjoys interacting with people


• Has high proficiency in both written and spoken English (and the local language)


• Enjoys presenting to the senior management team


• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment


• Leads by example


• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader


• Creative with an eye for detail


• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends


• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times 


• Thinks out of the box


• Enjoys being challenged


• Willing to work shifts
