Job Summary

Responsible for the performance of NDC line functions, i.e., the overall supervision, management and control of the NDC business/investment operation/s. Exercises stewardship of NDC subsidiary/ies and joint-venture company/ies and recommends measures that will help achieve their respective goals and mission.

Qualification Requirements

• Candidate must have Master’s Degree or its equivalent or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC;
• With at least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience
• Candidate should have at least 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention; and
• Must possess any of the following CSC Eligibilities: CSC Second Level Professional Eligibility, CES Eligibility or RA 1080.
• Full-Time position
