About the Role:

Business Development & Leasing:

  • Identify and evaluate new leasing opportunities through proactive market research and asset inspections.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through meetings, presentations, and strategic engagement.

  • Involved in negotiations to secure Heads of Agreement and finalize lease documentation.

Brokerage & Market Intelligence:

  • Build a comprehensive and accurate database of market data and intel

  • Develop a highly reputable Office Market Report and Business Development tools that clients prefer to use

  • Drive canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities and expand the client base.

  • Collaborate with agents and industry stakeholders to gather market intelligence and maintain an up-to-date database.

Client Servicing & Advisory:

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with strategic market insights and transaction advice.

  • Conduct regular leasing meetings to align strategy, progress, and client priorities.

  • Implement tailored marketing plans/proposals and manage negotiations with clients and tenants.

About You:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and business development strongly preferred

  • Proven track record in leading complex leasing transactions and securing high-value agreements.

  • Strong market knowledge with the ability to identify opportunities and shape business growth.

  • Exceptional client relationship management and advisory skills at a senior level.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive business development and expand market presence.
