Job Description - Assistant Manager for Recruitment

Work Setup: Office Based

Work Category: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and provides overall guidance to the recruitment team
  • Builds recruitment processes that align with the organization’s hiring needs and business goals
  • Building the company’s professional network through partnerships with universities, training centers, government agencies, etc.
  • Partners with hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring goals and expectations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Solid experience in recruitment in a leadership or specialist role
  • Hands-on experience with major job sites and portals, including sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites such as LinkedIn
  • With leadership abilities to oversee a team of recruiters
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making, coordinating, and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter
