Assistant Plant Manager

Job Role:

1. Reports to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (President and 2 Senior Vice President/Directors) as immediate superior

2. Directly manage, oversee and counter check the Manufacturing Operations.

3. Approve the Weekly/Monthly Production Plan in accordance with Sales and Marketing requirements and standards, and as directed by the ExCom members.

4. Establish, Compose, Review, Monitor and endeavor to achieve Manufacturing Division Key Performance Area (KPA’s)

5. Responsible for the over-all management and supervision of the following departments:

6. Plant Operations

7. Quality Assurance

8. Engineering Maintenance and Environmental & Facilities

9. Technical Services

10. Manufacturing Office/Production Planning

11. Logistics

12. Import and Export Division

13. Continuously develop and implement improvement projects for various departments.

14. Prepare and manage actual utilization of approved annual budget of Manufacturing Division.

15. To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

16. Monitoring the performance of all operations within the factory or plant to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

17. Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of all phases of operations in a manufacturing facility.

18. Developing plans for all aspects of production including equipment purchases, staffing needs, work schedules, and material requirements

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum of 10 years in managerial capacity.
• Candidates with background on Construction, Manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods will be given priority.
