Assistant - Research and Development

Job Summary

• Provide timely support / assistance in product development and improvement, R&D/ TS activities, sensory evaluation, stability test, Trial CP, reports and documentations with guidance from Specialists and Managers.
• Perform laboratory instrumentation / analysis and equipment maintenance activities.
• Conduct sourcing and assessment of new and alternative raw materials based on established guidelines and procedures.
• Perform administrative task such as but not limited to reimbursement, RCP, fixed asset monitoring and data encoding.
• Focus on packaging development & factory support.

Minimum requirements

• Fresh graduate of BS Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related course
• Proficient in oral & written communications
• MS Office applications
• Physico-Chemical-Microbiological-Sensory analysis (including Laboratory instrumentation)
• Basic Cooking
• Analytical Thinking
• Experience on quality inspection on packaging is an advantage
