Job Description:

Process all types of billings (renewal, modal, pro-rata, supplementary, reinstatement) with 99% accuracy and following the agreed TAT
Attends and provides prompt response to phone and email inquiries of clients and intermediaries within the timeline indicated below. Immediately escalates cases which are beyond the authority.
Attend to all client engagements specifically for Renewal Negotiations, Policy Administration and Complaints handling all year round
Provide recommendation on policy-level changes and special administration arrangements within an agreed timeline.
Complete assigned projects and submit regular reports following agreed timeline

Adept in working with numbers.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal skills; good communication skills; team player; high tolerance for stress; flexible; attentive to details.
Good attendance and punctuality record.
